Team Tamera Jersey Dress-Up Party!!

Dave ordered some test jerseys for all of us to try on before we made the final order. So last Friday night Joe, Hilea, Dominique, Dave, and myself had a pizza/dress-up party. Uncle Mark was there to represent Blaine since the slacker never showed up.  We decided on the particular brand V-gear and as you can see above, Joe is displaying the color swatches that come with that particular brand.  We are putting the order together by Thursday of this week. Screen-printing will come after we receive the jerseys, so if you are still interested in having your logo on the jerseys please contact me asap.

Dave was our model for the camera: the most photogenic out of the 5 of us...or better said he was the only one who still had their jersey on when I eventually got my camera out! If he does not ride I have decided to make him our mascot (he is not aware of that yet though - his face and pose in this picture inspired the idea!!) GO TEAM TAMERA

Dad and Jen's last night in Utah

Dad and Jen graced us with their presence one last time before they flew back to Jersey. The traveling bugs were only in Utah for a short time: well in Salt Lake for a short time! It was great to have dinner with them as well as with Dave, Heather, Drewbies, and Joe.

This was the gang. We went to a steakhouse and then went to Heather's favorite soft ice-cream shop. It was good, lots of fruit for the toppings mmmmmmmmm. Drew was fun, using those legs of his. Uh oh he is aware of his mobility: Good luck Dave and Heather :) All in all it was great to be with the Rents. I look forward to June. They are heading back to ride in the MS Bike ride with the Team Tamera crew.

Crashing the 'Adult' Walker Reunion

It has turned into my yearly tradition: Crashing the adult Walker Reunion. In the words of Uncle Blaine, "You are more of a blood representative of Tamera than Bruce..." So with that then in mind, I again crashed the 2009 reunion but with a mission this year: to introduce Team Tamera:
I recruited David and we presented the two videos, the website and the mock-up jersey design to the family Saturday Night:The design was received well: Blaine and Hilea were sold!!! We recruited them as well as Dominique. We are currently at 9 riders - Go Team Tamera!!
Our idea for the jersey's is to have all Walker and Jones business logos on the jerseys. The current logos were a trial for layout purposes except Pinnacle. They will be donating the screenprinting costs. Thank you Pinnacle aka. Dave :).
